My Worst Brickwall
In genealogy, when faced with a brick wall, the key to success is to “think outside the box” and use a diversity of ideas and research techniques. Networking with fellow genealogists might help. Several members brought in their brick wall(s) to the meeting to see if anyone in the group could help. This resulted in many connections being made between members' families and lots of advice offered.

This month was the Annual General Meeting with the election of the branch executive.
Following this, the programme featured Brenda Peters McDermott speaking on "Our Families and Their Neighbourhoods" in which she discussed background information on both of her books: Urban Renewal Saint John - A City Transformed and As The Cedars Grow.
Everyone was encouraged to bring a picture from the past of your family neighbourhood.
As indicated by the number of members who participated in the pictures, it was enjoyed by all.
